If you have purchased a control panel with your website we will automatically create your username and password for you. These details will be sent to you by email once your website has gone live.

If you have not received your login details within 24 hours of your website going live please contact our customer service team who will be able to issue these to you.

The standard format for control panel access is as follows:

URL: http://www.yourdomainname.com
Username: your account number e.g. 12345
Password: this will be randomly generated and emailed to you
